WHEN BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH US YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR CANCELLATION POLICY.
WE REQUIRE AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE THERE WILL BE A 50% CHARGE ON THE TREATMENT BOOKED.
NO SHOW THE FULL APPOINTMENT COST WILL BE CHARGED.
NO FUTURE APPOINTMENTS WILL BE MADE IN SALON UNTIL THIS CHARGE HAS BEEN PAID.

IF WE ARE GIVEN LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE ONE OF YOUR TREATMENTS FROM COURSE WILL GET DEDUCTED

IF PAYING WITH A GIFT VOUCHER PLEASE NOTE OUR CANCELLATION POLICY STILL APPLIES. THEREFORE IF YOU CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE CHARGES WILL APPLY.
